Arrived late on 10/6/17 and was told they had shuttles to the airport 24/7, just come down 10 mins before you want to leave. Sounds good. Leaving at 10:15am on 10/7/17 the young lady working the front desk informed me it's every 30 minutes, didn't want to help, and was very rude when I mentioned what was said the night before "sorry that YOU misunderstood that, etc". Rooms themselves are cheap motel quality. There was a crusty used towel on one of the clothes hangers. The room was dirty overall. Wouldn't stay again if it were free. Attitude is everything (these are the same people washing the towels and sheets after all) and that young lady with the smart attitude ruined it. *Edited review to 3 stars based on the positive response from management. Sometimes things happen and every experience won't be perfect when running a business.

Unfortunately I can’t give negative rating. If I had a choice I would have given one. The whole experience was terrible and I wish nobody has to go through this. It all started with the 40 minute wait for the shuttle (I tried calling the hotel to check while waiting and their response was always that the shuttle is on its way - very consistent answer!) and only to be attended by a rude driver. The shuttle did not have enough space and he wanted more people to get in and some were standing on the way to the hotel. Coming to the hotel itself - the minute you step in, you’ll realize it’s a terrible choice. Stinks so badly, carpets are poorly maintained and five items on the dinner menu which are all fried items. I went ahead and still ordered - and the quality of the food just added to the disappointment. I would recommend travelers to really consider the various choices before choosing this. Nobody should go through this terrible experience.

I got stuck here after I missed my connection flight with Delta. I'm glad they value their customers enough to put them in this level of hotel. I waited a while for the shuttle since there is only one, and the driver was a bit erratic. The staff is polite, but the room was sub-par. The bathroom was dirty, and the lighting very dim. Since I arrived at night I couldn't really tell the cleanliness of the room. I ended up leaving and paying for a night at the Westin attached to the airport. Even being free, from Delta I didn't feel comfortable staying.

The place is very beautiful. The fountain sound in the lounge is beyond peaceful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was also great. The driver was very nice. Overall, I'm satisfy with the service; however, there are some changes that can occur to make the place better. For example, check the rooms and under the bed for trash. Make sure the sheets are clean and the bathrooms don't have leaks.

I stayed in a non smoking room. The first room I was assigned the light in the foyer and bathroom did not work. I called the front desk to tell them that they probably had a tripped circuit breaker and they reassigned us. The room was clean as long as you didn't open the drawers. The shower curtain had a hole in it which caused a puddle on the floor. When I was checking out, I tried to call the front desk to find out if I could just leave the card in the room and I was disconnected. I repeated the call and was disconnected again. There was a cigarette burn on the cord. Also, the smell of cigarette smoke came through the exhaust fan in the bathroom. The pools are gorgeous and there is an outdoor play area for the kids. The shuttle runs every half hour 24/7. We waited almost a half hour and the shuttle quickly filled up. We then got into the shuttle a half hour later. No air conditioning in the shuttle. If the ride was any longer, I would have passed out. The seat I was in had a broken seatbelt, but I wasn't going to wait another half hour for another shuttle.
