Hate the surprise parking charge, nightly. Where am I going to park? You have us trapped. Shame on you. Yosemite and Grand Canyon have better updated technology in their hotel rooms than this hotel. Liked the location. Liked the quiet. Beautiful hotel.

We came in late night on Saturday due to flight delays and never have I experienced such rude staff, it gave me a really bad first impression of the place. Booked two rooms with two beds, but the rooms weren't even side by side. My friends who are a couple stayed in one of the rooms, the vents were so loud they ended leaving early morning to another hotel. Didn't see anything bad with the naked eye, but wasn't really looking. Indoor pool. Small exercise room. Fee for parking per night. More of a business hotel, not family friendly. One thing that was nice at this hotel was fresh infused iced water on the way out.

Not my favorite... Stayed in a Hampton immediately before this hotel, and liked the Hampton better. Friendly service, comfy room, but nothing special. No fridge or microwave, expensive parking, chose a room with two beds, but the beds seemed like fulls instead of Queens.

Great place and front desk staff. Michael, supervisor, great service and very helpful. Rooms super clean, beds/sheets super comfy. Staying again soon!

Not a good experience at all. Called and confirmed with reservations that I was in a 2 bed room. Check in and walk upstair to find out its a one queen. I called down and was told "let me see what I have available" found me one and told me i had to go downstairs to be switched. I asked if a bellman could come up with the new keys and they said no. So we go back downstairs just to be placed in the room literally right next door to the original one. Then as we are unwinding and going to sleep my friend finds hair in her bed that is not her own. We fall asleep wake up the next day and go to leave and get stuck at the exit gate swiping our room key and nothing happens. We press the button for assistance multiple times and nobody answers so we ended up having to call them. More time passes and nobody comes out to assist us my dad ends up having to start walking up to the front before being greeted by someone who let us go after trying to get assistance for 10 minutes.
