Paid for bad service I should not have paid for on account of their mistake, left without complaining, and will never get my nails done here again.

This was my first and last experience at this nail salon.  Walked in a Sunday, one tech working completely by herself.  She told me to sit in the chair, ran the water for a pedicure.  I sat there for 50 minutes, until she was done with other customer, i would have left if I knew I had to wait for 50 minutes.  Another tech finally strolled in, started my pedicure - it was ok, not great...he was on the phone most of the time.  At this point I was there for almost 2 hours.  Moved on for manicure where she walked away to help someone else and start them.  I had to go up tell her I have to go, please finish my manicure.  She finished, went to pay and that was a disaster.  Price on menu said it was $55 for a shellac mani and pedi, she wanted to charge me $60 and argued with me.  I paid it and left, will never return.

Only a few employees have good coustomer service here. Sorry, but everyone else sucks. The owner is not approachable.

I have been going to Wynn for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it.  Clean, great staff, beautiful manicure.  I have found all staff members to be very friendly and welcoming.  Great choice of colors and a lot of shallac options that match traditional polish for mani/pedis.
