This dentist found himself a regular! I am new to the area and haven't had a dentist. I've lived here for about 3 years. I was put in a bad situation where I had a very bad toothache and needed someone desperately on a weekend. They made time for me, IMMEDIATELY, within the hour of my phone call! Although they couldn't get me in until Tuesday, they did prescribe me some medication, which also didn't help much. I called several times over the weekend because I felt like it was a "dental emergency." They did get me in sooner, which meant a lot to me! Turns out I have a fast metabolism because the anesthetic kept wearing off on me and I felt some pain from the work. The dentist did everything he could to help make this experience was pleasurable, but at bare minimum as least painful as possible. However, now that it is finally over, I feel the greatest relief of tension! I was quoted at $2,400. And when it was all said and done, I actually paid about $460 because of insurance, luckily for me my HSA covered the rest. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST AND WILL ALWAYS GO HERE FROM NOW ON!!!

I am quite frustrated with them. I believe the dentist himself is top of the line and knows what he's doing. However, when I got a quote from them after a checkup, they showed me that I'd only have to pay my two deductibles. However, they forgot to tell my insurance the type of crown they were putting in, therefore I had to pay over $230 more than what I was quoted. Yes, part of it is the coverage of my insurance, but a major part of it is how they quotes me. I would have been better prepared to pay for it if I had known. I may not be doing business with them again unless they can quote more accurately.
