I can’t say enough about our experience with Wyoming Roofing.From dealing with our insurance adjuster to taking care of the landscaping around our house to the high quality of work, We are extremely satisfied.   It’s like when you buy a new car, and suddenly you see the car you bought all over town. I started to notice how other companies had big piles of old shingles dropping down on bushes and flowers, and I started hearing about how hard it was for people to work with their insurance companies. We had none of these experiences. It was pleasant and easy all the way through. And our roof is just beautiful!

A few months ago we were working with Wyoming Roofing. They had a representative come out to our house to measure and give us an estimate. We told this gentleman (?) that we wanted basic metal roofing. He came back with an estimate for one roof that exceeded what insurance was paying us for all four roofs on our property (home plus three outbuildings). We told him again that we just wanted the most basic metal roofing we could get. He then missed the next two appointments that we scheduled with him (without calling us to inform us that he would miss them). When he did come back he did not do anything to change the estimate, so we fired him.

Additionally, prior to all of this, when we had a leak and had initially called them, the same guy came to our house while I was at work and my wife was at home, and said that he would be doing an emergency repair (didn't ask me or my wife, just said that he would be doing it). He bought a tarp from a local hardware store, threw it over the source of the leak, and put some bricks on it. Charged us $350 dollars.

Now, after we asked them to forward that invoice for $350 to our insurance so they can get paid for a $300 tarp and this dude to get paid $100 an hour in labor, they have thrown three late fees on us, not sent it to insurance, and are threatening to send us to collections.

This company has a eye-catching green and black sign, clean looking trucks, and a familiar pink panther, but should be known for their flakiness, deceit, and pushy sales pitches.

They are as professional as it gets. I know how annoying it can be when a “professional” doesn’t know what they are doing. 

In my personal experience, they will not offer a service to anyone without top training and confidence, that they are providing the best service, at an affordable price. With decades of experience and knowledge. They are operating at a big city level with small town care.
