Solid. I have used Wyoming State Safe & Lock Co about a dozen times in the past 15 years for various lock and security needs. All the staff were always prompt, pleasant, and professional. Thad himself usually seems easy going but is highly skilled, and has deep knowledge in the overall physical security of all things that have locking mechanisms.

The guy was so rude to me. Not impressed with the customer service. I will call Western Key and Lock before I EVER use these guys. Wayne is GREAT!!!

If I could leave 10 stars, I would. We locked ourselves out of the toolbox on our truck and they had us taken care of in under 10 minutes and at a very reasonable price. Very friendly and VERY helpful. Thank you!
