Beware of unexpected itinerary changes, airport changes for connections, and not sitting with your travel partner (had to go online ourselves after booking and choose seats next to one another).

Original flight plans went from heathrow to jfk and from jfk to final destination. There was an itinerary change a few months prior to our departure in which "the biggest change was a later departure to Philadelphia" on our way out of town. Expecting no other critical changes based on that comment from the travel agent, come to find out in line at heathrow on our way home that we were to land at jfk then find our own transportation with four suitcase and personal items to LaGuardia. No heads up given that our flight was switched from jfk to LaGuardia, and not what we were looking first to doing after a long trip overseas and a long flight back to the US.

While sure we should have looked over this beforehand, it would have been nice to get a heads up and even transportation options from jfk to LaGuardia from the travel agency. Instead we were put into a slight panic after an enjoyable trip and were put under undue stress to ruin a flight home.

Fortunately the excellent customer service team from American airlines at jfk was able to assist since our travel agent never responded when we reached out. Won't be booking future trips through Wyoming tours and travel.
