I've had insurance with State Farm for over 30 years and asked Xan for insurance advice in a small business venture I am pursuing. He has direct experience in business start-ups, is very knowledgeable of the insurance & banking instruments State Farm provides, and can put you in contact with people outside his professional limits. He also took the time to review and explain my personal policies and I was able to tune those to my satisfaction as well. Great guy, easy to talk to.

Xan and his team are very instant and knowledgeable in their approach.  Michelle his team mate is super quick and at the same times uses common sense in all her judgements to clients.  I have dealt with them for 2 years and yet to see or observe a fault.
