WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !! NOT ONLY ARE THEY RUDE BUT SENT NOTHING REMOTELY CLOSE TO WHAT I ORDERED. I PLACED ORDERED THRU.. FROM YOU FLOWERS WHICH IS A 4 STAR SERVICE EXPECTING SOMETHING CLOSE TO WHAT I SEEN ON LINE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE AGGRIVATION FROM SPEAKING WITH THEM AND EMBARRASSMENT OF THE ORDER THAT YOUR LOVED ONE RECEIVES

We had received a flower arrangement as a housewarming gift. Within two days the flowers were dead. Three times I called them, asked for the manager, who was never there. The women I spoke with took all the info but yet nothing ever happened. Not very professional......

I ordered flowers through Avas Flowers they called Xavier's Flowers who charged me $222.00 for a funeral arrangement that I picked out on line. When I arrived at the wake it was not the correct arrangement I ordered and it did not have the flowers in it as the picture actually very few flowers for the price. For 5 days I called Avas Flowers who are in New Jersey which I did not know and they keep giving me the run around till they finally told me that it was Xavier who they contacted and said they could not reach to do anything for me. They said they had to wait to ear from them. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE FLORIST AVAS or XAVIERS in Fall River they are scam artist!! I am from Boston and would never have called either of them if I new they would be liars and cheats!!

This really is the worst florist I've ever encountered. My daughter sent me African violets and chocolates. The African violets were crammed into a cheap little basket and there were no chocolates. When I called to ask about the chocolates, I was told they were not responsible, that the driver had probably "forgot" to pick them up. I had to call the online Telefloro who who not talk to me. They insisted my daughter who is a thousand miles away and very busy, had to call. They will only talk to her. YIKES!
