Good gym. It is well maintained and clean. You can work out whenever you want! Had to switch gyms because of my employer offered me a different gym membership. Had it not been for that, there was not a reason for me to leave. If I ever switch employers I would definitely go back. The owner was more than understanding in my situation as well.

This is the best gym around period. New equipment every month, Tim the owner is a great guy and always willing to work with you. Although the membership is not free, it is definitely not expensive.  I could go on and on about this gym, just go check it out. At XEF we see results and we go home and shower!!

NO showers at this facility.  Also Tim Burns is an extremely rude person to be working at the help desk. Save your money,  go to snap fitness or some other local gym and get a way better deal.
