Tried taking my wife and 7yr old daughter for fever and flu. Ended up leaving and going to the ER instead. They didn't know if our insurance was in network or not, and couldn't verify because it was a Sunday. We were advised that we could pay $160 out of pocket today or come back the next day when they could call to verify, even though I am positive, in network or not our plan has zero co pay at the time of service. Why isn't there a better way to verify coverage besides calling the insurance provider?

This place is just what Chickasha needed! Everyone is super friendly, they get u in quick and are very thorough. Thank u all for such a pleasant experience!
