Absolutely horrendous and unprofessional customer service. Called in and asked if there was someone available to braid my mans hair and she said no problem, to come by now. I arrive 15 minutes later and one of the workers said she stepped out to go grab something to eat. Understandable. And she said to come back in 20 minutes. As I’m on my way back there I call again to ask and see if she is there and she said yes she will be here soon. I walk in and the lady who I have been waiting for and driving back and forth says “ I have to do her hair first and then I’ll be done , shouldn’t take too long”. I’ve never been so pissed before for such stupidity. Wasted my time. Completely unprofessional when she clearly knew I called here even before going into there and then you want to tell me there is someone in front of me? When you could have easily called me to inform me? Ridiculous and if I could give this horrible and disgusting place 0 starts I would. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Ask for Carri she's very honest and nice and did an awesome job on my extensions. When I first walked in I loved the customer service. Carri was the young lady at the desk she checked me in and also  did my hair , her energy is warm and kind. She also knows her stuff . At first I was skeptical but it's a wonderful salon and freakin loved my hair.

Ghetto! !! The stylists looks unprofessional and unfriendly. They have no clue on what's going on. Don't even get me started on their pricing. They charge you a la carte & so much for stupid stuff. There is literally a $20 fee for using "used wefts" even if it's clean and looks brand new. These ppl are dirty and thieves!! Stay far away from them.

Both locations never have a hair braider available. It's becoming very frustrating.
