Choosing a place to store personal items is always a challenge. First you look at the price point however that soon takes a different position with priorities. I reviewed many storage facilities. Many were over simplified. Some were not completely accurate with the size of the unit. Others were not clear about the location of the unit. In other words, you might need a ladder to access. Few people that rent are looking for surfboard storage which is fine if you need a ladder. The spaces that Brickell Xtra Storage has are TRUE measurements. Its clean, clean, clean and well lighted. David the representative for Brickell Xtra Storage was very helpful. He explained everything in detail and answered every question with as much detail as I requsted. This is the ultimate in customer service.

I go on Sundays and I am so pleased with two staff members ,Jackie and Eugene, they are great, always willing to help you. I transfered from one unit to another bigger unit and the transition went smooth and well. Place is always neat, clean and organize. Unit price is fare. For those looking for storage space, this is the place. I highly recommend it, you won't regret it.

I'm a very satisfied with their service. I have been a customer with them for 12 years now.
