It's alright. Not the best hair salon I've been to but it's suffice. They have four licensed hair dressers and ladies to do your nails. The owner is one of the hairdressers and she is extremely sweet. 
Unfortunately, the ladies talk too much and don't pay enough attention to you. Came in to get my hair blow dried and they took FOREVER. I was there from 11am-2:30pm. They're not TERRIBLE but they really need to work on their customer service. The staff is too rough on your head. They pull your hair when washing or straightening. I feel like they could do a lot better.
Other than that, the salon is nice and kept clean.

Horrible customer service.  They never answer their phone even when you show them the calls you've made to them and the receptionist swears and lie to your face that she's had the phone on her all morning. Stay away from here, honestly. There's lots of other salons within the same shopping plaza that are way better and the staff is nicer and accommodating.

Bait & switch- BUYER BEWARE- 
Bought a GROUPON for LASH EXTENSIONS - paid $45 for the groupon supposedly worth $90 and they TRIED TO PUT THOSE FLEA MARKET CLUSTERS ON ME. 
When I pointed out that the groupon was for lash extensions, the receptionist says that's what the groupon is for - when I asked who charges $90 for clusters she said the reg. Price IS $45.
So why did I spend $45 for freaking clusters that 
1. Pull your lashes out? 
2. Anyone can get for $20-$30 
NAH.

The worst salon ever ...horrible customer service , employees loud and look at you up and down like doing a favor to be there ..horrible place !!!!!!

GREAT SALON, STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND EXPERIENCED.  ALWAYS HAPPY WITH SERVICE DONE.
