We are a full-service veterinary clinic in Yakima, Washington that offers medical, dental, surgical, and preventive care. We care for dogs and cats from all over the Yakima Valley. I’ve never had a bad experience with this clinic, and I went to them every few months for maybe 2 years as my senior kitty’s health started dwindling. The location is nice, parking lot is well situated, lobby is fairly large. However they can get busy, and I’ve waited in that lobby for fifteen minutes waiting to be seen. I’ve had them both take my cat back with and without me (my first experience w/me not in the room), but more often and recently I’ve gone back as well. The staff is super nice and you can tell they care or at least sympathize for you. They were always pretty good with my cat. When I had to put him down, it was just time, and he was only in pain for a few hours because they saw me right at 8 AM when they opened so he could be put down. They didn’t have to do that but they did. And it was a nice little room and the vet was professional and really great. I couldn’t have had a better experience putting my best friend down, really. They made a clay paw print for me for free and the lady kept complimenting his paws, maybe to distract me, even though he was dead and it was awful. Ugh anyways! 💔
Great place overall, I think they have potentially more resources and knowledge about things because it’s a bigger, busier clinic, but I do think they can be pricey on things and to shop around if you’re trying to get compassionate care coupled with good prices. But I never felt pressured to buy into expensive treatments or anything, they never pushed anything like that for the benefit of their business.

They treat your pet like it is a family member and of course they are so gentle and loving as well... very compassionate care.

They have been just great with my sickly cat. He has received excellent care every time we've visited. I love that they have extended hours, and getting an appointment is fast an easy.

Excellent staff, pleasant atmosphere.  Doctors are informative, knowledgeable and caring.

Dr. Cok was such a wonderful vet. She took really good care of my Scarlet and even examined her ear for me when I took her in for a vaccine. Best of all she gave time to ask for questions. Such a friendly vets office. Wish they had such a nice office back in Florida where I am from.
