I got a flat tire while riding canyon road, after some electrical tape fixes we limped the bike into town and gave Yamaha Jack's a call.  The person on the phone was friendly and helpful and told me to bring the bike into the shop.  I brought it there and Cooper in service came out to greet us.  he was professional kind and extremely helpful.  I would have to say one of the best service experiences I have ever had.  They replaced the valve stem on my front tire which was cracked.  They managed to fit me in just before lunch, the whole incident only set us back about and hour.  Thanks for helping an out of town rider get underway so quickly, it was much appreciated!  Also the lunch recommendation was great.

Stopped for fuel on my way across the state on my KLR,, gave my tire a squeeze and realized I had a flat. These guys were able to fit me in and get me and the bike back on the road within a few hours.

Terrible customer service. My friend went to buy a generator from them. Reed recommend one generator to him based on his needs. We went to try  out the generator and it was not big enough to power a compresser. He went to return it and get the right one and they did not want to refund the money. My guess is that the generator was used. They told me they could not give me a refund because of how they put the sale in the computer. I think something shady Is going on.
