I recently completed a three night stay at this motel, while visiting Belfast, Camden, Augusta, and Searsport. I decided to take a chance on this 50's style motel, and was very glad I did! I have stayed at other more costly hotels in the area, that did not measure up to this fine establishment. There is no pool, or continental breakfast here; however, if you are looking for reasonably priced lodging, that encompasses clean, fully renovated rooms, quiet atmosphere, very polite, friendly, and accommodating staff, smart, warm, and modern room decor which includes small fridge and microwave in a little kitchenette area, crisp clean bedding, fluffy towels, and immaculate room cleaning service, then look no further! I was very pleased with this establishment!

Well-located, quote new and super-clean, quiet. Great value especially if one could stay several days as the amenities in the room were very good. (fridge and microwave) Breakfast is not provided. If it was, I would give this 5+ !

Immaculate. Big rooms. What i would expect from a much larger better funded establishment. Right across from the water and an excellent lobster dinner.

The hotel has been recently remodeled is a great price for what is offered. I would highly recommend the Yankee Clipper. We stayed 2 nights September 13th and 14th 2017 while traveling to and from the Bar Harbor area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is perfect for visiting the Belfast and surrounding areas.

Beautifully upgraded and not what you'd expect from a drive -up motel. Excellent accommodations and price. Super clean! Have stayed here several times now on my way north. Friendly staff :) Belfast is also a lovely little town with unique shops and restaurants.
