David Yannetti is an excellent no nonsense, and I mean it, attorney.  He is pragmatic and can navigate the judicial system.  I was probably not the easiest client, but I wanted him to take a chance on a particular mandatory piece of my case.  He did, and we won!  He also is well respected and connected. As cases may seem routine, he is your advocate to make sure that the nuances of your case are heard.  Because of his prior prosecutor experience, judges and DA's respect him.  I can't thank him enough.

David R. Yannetti, Esq. is a blessing in my adult daughter's life and in mine. We were referred to him by an attorney in California and we have been so pleased and impressed by David's legal expertise and by his exceptional interpersonal style. 
David achieved a perfect resolution of my daughter's case which included successfully having warrants released by the court. This allowed  my 
daughter to travel only once to the Boston area for her court hearing. David is very well known and very well respected in the Boston and surrounding courts. His integrity is well established and results in his successful representation of his clients. 

David always requested that we address him by his first name. This reflects his interpersonal style which he has consistently displayed which includes his always being available to discuss all matters while showing an understanding of the courses of our lives and an understanding of addiction and recovery. 

We feel that David truly cares about my daughter and that he has done his very best for her. David's fees are most reasonable.

If you want the best of the best- Hire David! I researched all the firms in Boston and David by far was the most upfront and honest Attorney out there.  When i hired him to represent me he supported me from start to finish.  I was summoned to be present in front of a clerks hearing and David was just awesome- he is very well known and respected and he guided me through the whole process.   David stopped the complaint from be issued and I can now get on with my life.  I cant thank David for all the time and effort he has spent in supporting me and even speaking to my family.  David and his firm are extremely professional and i highly recommend them to anyone out there looking for a professional and highly rated attorney.

I had a very difficult case i was dealing with and i needed professional so that i could get back to a normal life. David worked diligently to assist me and kept me in the loop of everything that was happening, set reasonable expectations and was extremely professional throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend David in a heartbeat. 
My case was dismissed and I never saw a judge. This was the first time I ever needed a lawyer and I honestly chose the best one.
