We've been coming to this location of Yard House since they opened and this past time might have been our last.  The food quality and portion size has gone down hill,  but up in price.  The kids meals used to be really good and they have changed.  We ordered a roast beef dip sandwich and a Nashville hot chicken sandwich... the chicken sandwich was bland and was served on waxed paper. The roast beef sandwich was much smaller than in past and both had barely any fries.  Our server was barely present and barely acknowledged us.  We had a drink spill and it took 10 minutes to flag someone down to take notice.  The only reason this review is getting 2 a stars vs. 1 star is because they DO still have a great beer selection.

Great selection of food and beer. Love the lunch specials. Nice place to stop and grab a bite to eat. Friendly service.

Everytime I come back to Chicago for the holidays Id look forward to stopping here. Specifically, for gardein plates which are good. And truffle fries but they changed it and reduced the portion size!!! Why? Why would you change something done so well!?

this place is great our server Krystal was the best i have a child with special needs and he was hunger to the point of crying.  Krystal made sure she got his food as fast as possible, I mean it was uncanny how fast she got his food.  also when our food came out the food was a little cold she took it back and got us a new plate within 2 minutes.  amazing service better than a 5 star restaurant.  KRYSTAL SHOULD GET A RAISE
