We came here to celebrate a birthday and it was a great experience! The service was friendly and food was delivered quickly and very hot. We shared the spinach dip and onion rings for an appetizer. Both really good! Most of the people ordered the hot Nashville fried chicken sandwich and seemed to love it. I went with the BBQ chicken pizza and it was really good! Overall a very good, tasty American restaurant if that’s what you’re in the mood for.
If you have been to a Yard house in other cities, it is the same experience. Nothing to really showcase. The food is decent. For the apps we had the pretzel and wings. They were not the best. Mac Magee has a better pretzel and the Tarpon Tap room has better wings. The main meal items were good and tasty. The biggest disappointment is the lack of service. Our witness came to our table three times. Once to say hello, second to take our order. Third to give us our bill. Other staff members dropped off food and drinks. They also have table side tablet and encourage you to place your own order. I can see how Yard House can transition to later having you pick up your food at a window when it's ready. Is this a go back and eat place, tough call as there are some many options nearby with similar menu.
Great atmosphere. Very clean restaurant. Very sweet hostesses at the hostess desk when you walk in. However our waitress was terrible. When she finally came to our table to get our orders we didn't see her again until our drinks were completely water. Someone else brought out our food and she came back and checked on us a total of two times during a 1 hour and 43 minute visit. This is not like the normal Yard House customer service that I have received at other locations I am actually really shocked, maybe we just got a really bad server this time. However I ordered a salad and was displeased with it the other entree was the sliders which I am told they were pretty good, a chicken Caesar salad that was good, and a Yard House burger that was pretty good. Again I must say I'm very dissatisfied with the service it's spoiled my entire experience. I only had one drink of ginger ale the entire time I was there, and was not able to get another drink because the server never came back. I also requested the check three times and this is from random people from the back of the kitchen walking past instead of our server telling us we could pay via the instrument on the table. Also, I asked for black pepper for my salad when she came by both times, and never got it! I'm not really sure what the disconnect was but when you're paying $100 bill for food at a restaurant you expect adequate service and that was not the case! Parking: You're going to want to park at the parking deck closest to the entrance of yard house because there is a parking deck literally right by the restaurant so you do not have to walk far at all
I got the chicken Mac & cheese. There was a lot of fatty pieces & wasn’t super hot. Kindle room temperature. I also got the chicken tortilla soup. The flavor was amazing but also had a ton of fatty pieces of chicken. My husbands burger & fries was fantastic. Service was okay. Atmosphere was very relaxed, dim lit & nice.
This was my second time at this location. The wait time was only about 20 minutes which was actually really good considering it was game night for the Atlanta Braves. Our waitress was amazing and very kind. The food came out in no time. I give everything a ten out of ten! I definitely will be back me and my friends had a great time! Parking: They have allot of parking options, 1-3 hours are free of charge.
Megan is an excellent server. She greeted us with a smile and was attentive to us. She is a great server, and I wish servers were more like her. We were celebrating 2 of our friends' birthdays. She told us what she was going to bring and she did it. She brought the ice cream and cake , and it was awesome. You need more people like her. Thanks again Megan keep up the great work.
For a Friday night, we didn't have much of a wait and the food was awesome! I tried something different and got the Nashville hot chicken with sweet potato pancakes. It comes with ranch and a pickle, which both seem odd together, but it was GOOD. I can't wait for leftovers tomorrow. The rest of our food was pretty smackin' too and our server was nice. I'd eat here again if I have the opportunity to.
We came in from out of town and decided to hit a Braves game while we were here. First of all the entire Battery complex is very well done with all kinds of food and shopping options. Yard House had great food and everyone had a wonderful time. From the woman who took our names for the wait list, to the server, our experience was a very good one. For the table we split fried cheese curds and chicken nachos. They were both really good and reality is we could have stopped there. We all ended up getting entree as well along with our drinks. Many drink options to suit anyone in a group. We only had one entree that was not the best. The waitress was great about not charging for it and making sure it was replaced with something else. The menu is extensive so many options again, to please any crowd. If I lived here I would make this my frequent spot before the game. Go Braves!
It was my first time dining with yard house & it was a good experience. The food was pretty good, the service was also very good. They have a great selection of beer and food. Highly recommendFood: 4/5
The food was really good, but our server wasn't very knowledgeable on the beers they offered, which was unfortunate as some members of our party had questions go unanswered. It was really busy for a weekday, but we were able to get our food in a reasonable amount of time. I'd definitely go there again, but would probably avoid it on the weekends without a reservation.
