I highly enjoyed my experience with salesman Greg Early yesterday. I went in with my heart set on one vehicle, but was disappointed after the test drive. Greg made sure that i didn’t leave without exhausting all options. He pulled my second option and i was more than satisfied. Greg definitely made my first buying experience a breeze. My mother and father referred me to Greg because he was such a great help to them 3 years ago when they purchased their last car and they look forward to going back and getting the same satisfactory service. I am surely one satisfied customer!

A salesperson was there to help me from the moment I stepped out of my vehicle! He hunted down the car I wanted to test drive, was friendly and helpful through the whole process. I wish it could have moved along a little faster, but waiting a little while for my perfect vehicle was a small price to pay! Definitely would recommend!

I had oil leak on my car , I took it into  Nissan to find out where it was coming from they were able to get me in pretty quickly and kept me up-to-date what was going on. I had a warranty on the vehicle which  they honored. My car would take a little time  to fix ,what I didn't realize that my warranty covered rental . They arranged for Enterprise to come pick me up  it was very nice of them so I had that car so I could get to work that day I did drop off the rental after work thinking that my car would be ready I guess there was a little miscommunication but my car still was not done yet since I did not have my rental any longer I had no car . When they realize the mistake they rectified it immediately gave me another car off their lot for me to to use until my car was finished the next day. They did text me when my car was complete and  even with  the miscommunication with the car  not being ready I do appreciate that they fix the situation for me ASAP . I will say I really didn't mind my car not being ready  because  I got to drive  two newer  Nissan  Altima then mine.

After visiting other dealers in the area. I was very pleased with my experience at Yark. Robert Rohrs was very helpful, and easy to work with. In my opinion as a customer I got a better feeling from him than I did with the guys down at Taylor Kia. Buying cars are not always quick decisions that can be rushed. So again I feel like Robert had my best interest at hand and wasn't just looking out for himself. Also over the summer my parents bought a car from Kevin Phoenix , another good sale not rushed know pressure, just in my opinion to very good salesmen.

I was very pleased with the service I got at yark. They replaced the inside door panel on my Rogue. It only took an hour as they promised. The door looks great! The only issue I have is that my window does not go up now unless I have my finger constantly on the button. Before the work all I had to do was hit the button once and the window went up. Small nuance but just glad I do not have to look at the cracked armrest any more.
