We are conveniently and centrally located on Massachusetts Route 28. YCC is a beautiful natural treasure! We have 10 acres of beauty around us! We are located one mile from amazing ocean beaches. Fishing, shopping, restaurants, adventure golf with driving range and arcade are only a short walk away. Bass River Golf Course is a 5 minute drive and Hyannis Marina is a 10 minute drive to take a cruise to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket or book a fishing trip! Bring your bikes or rent them at the Cape Cod Rail Trial! CCRT is a quick drive just 10 minutes from your cabin rental. We feature an outdoor salt water heated pool, playground, sand paths, outdoor fire pits w firewood, pergola, ping pong, kids bikes to borrow, sand toys to borrow, volleyball, family atmosphere and family owned and operated for more than 30 years.
