At Giannini & Yates we represent people who have been injured, arrested, or are facing other legal actions. We are a full-service law firm and have clients throughout the Atlanta and north Georgia area.

Alan was very professional and kind.  His knowledge of the local system,  attention to detail and due diligence resulted in an outcome, for my case, that was unexpectedly excellent.   I am from out of state and contacted G&Y based on web reviews.  Their handling of my case & moral support made it possible for me to focus on my life while they fought on my behalf.  I would highly recommend G&Y to anyone finding themselves in the unfortunate position of needing their assistance.

Bob Giannini is the very best attorney I've ever had. I trust no other like him. He actually cares about his clients and that's one of the things that makes him so aggressive in the courtroom. He has saved me on several different occasions. He's so good that I have referred my whole family to him and he's gotten my troubled cousin out of a lot of jail time as well as a few friends. From the very first time I saw him work his magic for me, I've never been to another attorney. And never will. I love this dude! Good guy to have on your side! And his side kick Mary is a dream to communicate with. I've never had issues getting in touch with them to get the status of my case. They don't judge and make you feel like family. I never write reviews but I know how hard it is to find the perfect attorney and think you should reach out to them if you're in trouble.

Bob Giannini is an extremely intelligent, professional, and experienced attorney who is available to discuss concerns and is very responsive.  He and his staff are easy to work with and keep you informed every step of the way through all matters.  As an attorney, he knows his stuff and is not intimidated by anyone.
