Our AC unit was blowing warm air, so I made a call on Monday to Yavapai.  An appointment was made for Tuesday, which delighted me as I expected a delay.  Prior to Shane's arrival, I had received two calls from Yavapai to confirm the appointment and to notify me Shane was minutes away.  After Shane's arrival, he inspected both AC units and our furnace.  I am very pleased at the professionalism of YPH and plan to utilize them for all future repairs.

We had our annual maintenance done on the cooling system. Dennis was very thorough. He cleaned filters that we had not known existed because no other HVAC service person had told us about them. We can't thank him enough! We highly recommend Dennis at Yavapai Plumbing and Heating for annual heating and cooling maintenance.

You guys were a top notch company to deal with! Our old system was limping along due to poor design and under sized equipment . In less than 5 hours everything was done and left clean and tidy.  The installation crew (Jeremy, Chris and Eddie) was polite and professional.  I appreciate that the job was installed to building codes and a permit was purchased. Your price was absolutely affordable and your simple solutions to better air flow were helpful. After 13 years of living in our home... I can feel comfortable with our air conditioning. Thank you so much!!!

Daniel showed up in about 30 minutes to solve our leaky pipe and had it fixed in no time.  Furthermore, he found some shotty work a previous plumber had performed on our shower valve.  As soon as he had the parts, Daniel returned to take care of my kids' bathroom.  Punctual, thorough, and honest.

I'm skeptical of these posts that discuss being paid for Google reviews.  That was never offered to me.  These guys did their job and did it well.  That deserves recognition.
