I never have had to wait,  the only downside is is humid in here... But they have chairs you can sit outside and wait.  Or they have a laundry service too.

Many washing machines and drying machines... I almost never needed to wait for an available machine.

I have been using pick up laundry services all around the city for the last 3 years, these guys are the best. Most of the time they have the clothes ready for delivery before I even expected them. Take for instance today I am working a night shift and being a dunce I realize I have no clothes for tonight. I call them at 10AM they pick up (in 10 minutes) and deliver my clothes back clean and folded at 1PM. I have been using them for about 6 months now and have had no mishaps.
