Here are three of the amazing items I had the opportunity to try at this new coffee shop! Starbucks could never offer such a sweet deal, for a quick bite to eat. I had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, very sweet guy with a big heart, and and ambition running through his veins! I appreciate hard work and a business I can add to my, to visit lists! I will come back for some more stuff from the menu! Thank you for the excellent service!!!!

Stopped by today on the way to the office for a quick breakfast. The croissant sandwich with egg, bacon, tomato was superb. And quite large for the small price I paid for it. Meanwhile, the owner was super nice. His little bistro cafe is very clean. Definitely my new favorite spot for breakfast on the way in.

What a genuine experience!!! Randomly walked into this place while I was on a long layover on my way to Alaska to play music. The old building sign said the Alaskan, and there happened to be a guy inside holding a guitar, so I took it as a sign and went in for a cup. In March of 2022, Robert, the owner, branched out from his family's coffee bean operation in Puerto Rico, to begin roasting and selling their coffee here in Seattle. The guy's got a heart so big it just shines through and lights up the room. And this coffee is literally second to none. I feel like family. And I'll be back as often as possible.

Just a wonderful experience.  The guys were great and just made my morning.  Coffee was great and I had a bacon breakfast sandwich which was excellent.  Was traveling from LA to get a new passport at the Seattle passport agency and this was a great little stop to help me get through the day.

I stopped in here while in the neighborhood after seeing many great reviews online. It looks like it’s new, just opened a year ago.  I loved it and will be back. They have their own brand of coffee that is delicious. But low-key, it’s the best breakfast or lunch sandwich I’ve had in the area too. And totally reasonable price.  Made great conversation with a very gracious and upbeat owner. It’s a great vibe in this coffee shop, I’m grateful that exists and look forward to coming back.  I stayed for over an hour, there’s a small seating area and I was able to connect to Wi-Fi and get some work done.  Seems to have many loyal customers already, and I can see why.

Lovely community focused cafe. Amazing down to earth cafe food for an affordable price.  The owner is friendly, generous with the pours, and cares deeply about his craft and business. I wish I could see more places like this.  The quality community and sense of community is really unlike anywhere else.  It reminds me of hardworking store owners in New York, while simultaneously feeling like I'm visiting a great friend who rocks the blender.  Amazing vibes.  Definitely drop by for good food and drinks.

We got breakfast sandwiches and coffee and enjoyed the experience because of the friendly and likable owner. We were surprised at the affordable prices in the middle of an expensive area.  He is clearly passionate and hardworking gave some NYC vibes and we wish him all the success in running his cafe!

I stopped in from the light rail to get some food. I really enjoyed talking to the owner. next time I will stop in and get some coffee to go. nice place.
