Do NOT use yellow cab services. Had my driver arrive 20 minutes early and leave me a bunch of voicemails because I wasn't ready to be picked up yet. When I got into the cab, he was complaining about how people kept paying with credit, then charged me 25 dollars for a 5 minute trip BEFORE driving and didn't even start the meter! I asked for cash back since he was being a baby about people using credit and said "What you're not going to tip?" I only tip with good service, and this was far from it. I decided to leave a review when I saw others had the same experiences. Their customer service is just as vile. Another Nigerian lady answered and sent me off to voicemail when I asked to speak to a representive. I had to call twice before actually getting someone that isn't a scum human being.

On Feb 2 at 330 we arrived at the Houston Airport and grabbed this taxi so we could pick up our dog at cargo. Before entering the cab we told him we had two stops, one to pick up the dog and two to go shopping as our connecting flight was in a couple hours.
As soon as we got in the cab, we could smell alcohol, I got a bad feeling but i let it go. Once we were driving he was talking and started to drive he wasnt making any sense didnt know what really was going on. Once we got our dog he then told us we had to go back to the airport as he cant drive us to our next destination, we were shocked. We asked beforehand and he said sure but then changed his mind.  Then overcharged us for the cab. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!  Use uber as much as you can or a different company.

Made reservations @ 1:15 am on January 27, 2018. African guy called back confirming the trip, and told me to wait in front. I stated that it was raining and he said he was not going to put his life in danger. Now I just got labeled as a predator. Smh. Mind you, it was raining and I had to go to work, so I waited upfront. To mk a long story short, It's 3:07 am still no cab. But wait ✋... Another call was made to YELLOW CAB. Hold on...the response was unreal....We don't have any drivers. Sooooo what happened to the driver who called me to confirm my trip. Never again. Uber & Lyft from now on. If any corporate employee is reading this, please screen your contractors. These drivers are tainting the Good Name of Yellow Cab. The only reason I gave 1 star is bc I couldn't post my experience without selecting something. Overall my rating is -10, NEVER AGAIN.

Never showed-was late for wedding! I read the terrible reviews but my hotel recommended them. I called several hours ahead to book my pick-up. She confirmed my hotel, room number and time & told me to call back 20 minutes before I wanted to depart which I did and once again confirmed my hotel and room #.  When they didn't show the front desk called a 3rd time for me. They never heard of me but were on their way. They still never showed. Front desk called another company and he was there in 5 minutes. Unfortunatley by this time I was late to the wedding!
