If I could give this company a minus 5 stars that is what they would get. I ordered a cab two hours in advance. One minute grim my house the cab driver called and said dispatch cancelled my call.. I spent the next 40 minutes trying to find out where my cab was. I was told once that it would be art my house in 2 minutes and 30 minutes later still no cab. Either the cab driver or dispatch lied. Pine says it was cancelled the other said it was not. From 2:30 till 5:30 I pled with them to send me a cab. I had very detailed questions when first ordering the cab... And all questions were answered to make me feel safe in reserving a cab.. DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY. PRICES ARE TO HIGH AND YOU WILL WAIT FOREVER IF YOU ARE GOING A SHORT DISTANCE BECAUSE CAB DRIVERS DO NOT WANT TO BID ON THE SHORT DISTANCES. THAT WAS EVEN ONE OF THE QUESTIONS I ASKED WHEN BOOKING THE CAB AT 2:30 THIS MORNING FOR 4:30. I SPOKE WITH LILA WHO COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL AND SAID THE CAB DRIVER WAS LYING ABOUT MY ORDER BEING CANCELLED. THE CAB DRIVER WILLIAM CAR NUMBER 16 SAID IT WAS CANCELLED...WORST CAB COMMENT EVER

These people have no clue as to what they are doing. They do not understand what you are trying to do and they just push the call along and say yes yes and your ride never shows up. They tell you your ride is 10 mins away and when you call back to see why you have now waited 30 mins they say we will dispatch another ride!

I downloaded app at 8:15am, set time for 9:15 am pick up, had appt. at 10 am, no cab showed up,had to call 4 times, they sent driver to my Dr. Instead of pick up point(where I was waiting)!! Driver was kinda rude, said he went 5 miles out of his way, not my problem!! I was 15 mins late to my Dr. appt, I was pissed. No discount offered, no apologies made to me for wasting my time!! When a pick up after my appt that was scheduled at 11:30, driver arrived at 11:20 had to cut my appt short to accomadate freaking driver!!! So not happy about any of this!!!

I have had a customer who is legal blind waiting in my shop for right at two hours and after repeated calls she was told they have no cabs available. So I called and they said they had a cab ready to pick me up, but when I explained what was happening the hung up on me. NEVER USE this company. The young lady who I spoke to seemed to be confused and quick to get me off her phone. Will not recommend this company to my customers EVER.

This past summer (July 2017), I gave Yellow Cab 4 Stars for good service due to being left stranded by United Cab. Well, I've realized I jumped the gun a little too soon. Between Aug. and Sept. 2017, I began using Yellow Cab more often and discovered they really aren't much better than United. In some ways, they're alot worse! One of the biggest annoyances about Yellow Cabbies is the fact that they try and pretend their credit machines are inoperable, so they can force passengers to pay cash!!! They become agitated when you pull out a credit or debit card. Plus, they have way too many # 6's listed as the contact number on their vehicles. Feels evil.... In August, I dealt with a Desperate, Creepy, Foreign Idiot named, Shah (Cabbie 88) that forced me to sit up front with him, so he could flirt, and continuously beg me to leave my boyfriend and be with him. NO, I'M NOT JOKING! He also urged me not to report his behavior to the company because they would label me as a difficult passenger, and refuse to pick me up in the future! Unfortunately, I knew he was right. If the company cared about their customers, they wouldn't hire individuals like him. Therefore, I never reported this Filthy, Obnoxious, Weirdo! LADIES, BEWARE OF THIS PARTICULAR CABBIE AND OTHERS THAT BEHAVE IN THIS MANNER! IF YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE, USE SELF DEFENSE AND/OR CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES ASAP! In September, I waited for a ride home from the grocery store for 1 hr after I called. I texted, "WHERE", and they texted back stating, "The driver could not find your location. Call back for another cab." Amazing how they can find my house, pick me up, and find my destination after I've given the operator my address! But can't seem to find the same place the previous Cabbie dropped me off! Although the dispatcher was apologetic, and sent another driver that was polite, I still had to wait a very long time! Bottom line, when dealing with these cab companies, you can't pinpoint what type of service you'll receive each time. It's really the luck of the draw. Unfortunately, until I'm able to get my vehicle repaired, find cheap car insurance and drive on my own schedule instead of someone else's, I have no other alternative than to put up with this nonsense! LORD HELP ME!!!
