Deserves less than zero stars. Even worse than the already horrid bus system here. They lie, speak little to no English (or Spanish for that matter), extremely rude and disrespectful over the phone, if I could give it negative 1000 stars I would. Very fraudulent company. Scammers

I love Yellow Cab.  I am part of the OCTA Access program. Sometimes they send me a vehicle from this company. I have been transported in their Wheelchair Accessible Vans and I was surprised how pleasant and comfortable the ride was. The drivers make sure I'm secured safely in my wheelchair, they are very professional.  Every driver has always been on time, friendly, patient, courteous and helped me buckle my daughters car seat. I have also called in to check on my orders or get a last minute taxi ride, and they have provided exceptional customer service every time. I'm so glad that Yellow Cab is part of this program. I have never had a bad experience with them.

I booked a call to go to the Airport last minute. I expected the taxi to arrive 20-30 minutes after I placed the order. The taxi actually arrived in 10 minutes which i was pleased. The driver was very nice he greeted me and got off to open the door. He got me to the airport pretty fast and even gave me a discount.
Best service by far, will definitely be using Yellow Cab again.

The BEST Taxi Company in Orange County!!! Have never had a bad experience with there service. It has always been very easy to place an order with their representatives or online. Their drivers are very kind and polite and always have a clean vehicle. I can always count on them when I need to get somewhere.
I definitely will continue to use their service!! ☺

I ordered a cab last weekend after a family party and expected a long wait since it was near 2:00 am after the bars closed but surprisingly enough they got there in less than 10 min!  He gave us a ride back to one of the resort hotels and was super friendly the entire ride there. Will definitely be using them again and so much easier now that they have an app!
