Really, really poor customer service.  Have spent thousands on their products (because they are very good products) but the customer service at this store is always abysmal.  Really represents the company poorly.

I purchased a beautiful NYC city landscape for my home this week. The staff was incredible. The photo is so bright, so blue, its amazing. I am in love with the beautiful piece. If you are a collector go check out the collection. Beautiful work.

The sales person Hal Biermann was very helpful. I ordered a $1200 photograph for my grandmother. I wanted it for the next day and it was too big so it wouldn't fit in my car so I we had a problem. He said he would personally deliver it.  Very good customer service on the sales side.  I told him not to bother because I felt bad he was going out of his way and I could just borrow an SUV in the following days and deliver it to my Grandma a couple days late.  She was moving into her new house and that was her house warming gift.  One thing led to the other and I couldn't get the SUV. Long story short I decided against the photograph and decided to get something else for my grandmother so I emailed in and asked for a refund. I hadn't picked up the piece.  It was a few days past their 10 day "return" policy so they denied me.  I never even picked the item up and then wouldn't even allow me to process a return.  It goes to show how customer service in most organization is only good when you're spending money on the sales side.  I asked them to make an exception since I never picked up the piece and I didn't want the item anymore. They called it in to corporate and they said the return is denied.  Now Im stuck spending $1200 on an exchange.  Obviously the artists pieces aren't valuable enough to even keep.  This place is a rip off just like the other comment on google says.

This company is a rip off.  They appear to be located in The Mall at Short Hills they do not tell you that they are located overseas and there will be a exchange rate added to you charge and therefore you incur a fee from your credit card company.
The hook on the back of the picture is not usable and you are forced to buy and install the proper material so you are able to hang the painting.
Dishonest  - sums up the entire company policy.
