I bring my whole family to Dr. Hawk and Matt Furber. Matt is great at getting my kids to do what I never could, taking care of their skin to get rid of their acne. Dr. Hawk is very thorough. I can't say enough. They were able to get us in within a couple days.

Dr. Hawk is great. Every time I need to see her they can get me in within 2 weeks of calling. I've gone to multiple dermatology offices in Billings & Yellowstone is the first place where I've felt like they actually care about me and my reasons for visiting. They take images every time I'm in so they can track progress, and don't just keep giving me topical after topical unlike all the other dermatology offices I've been to.. She actually tries to HELP you instead of getting you to come back. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hawk to anyone who wants to solve skin issues quickly and not mess around with having to go back a million times.

I got a second opinion with Dr Hawk and wish I wouldn't have. I was asking several questions about the procedures of removing basil cancer and explaining what happened at the last place and she told me she felt threatened by me lol? I said what? She wanted to cut 3 large incisions on my chest and back and I wouldn't say yes to it. I wanted to know all my options and as she was walking out the door she said maybe you should get Mohs procedure done? I am like what is that...she was hesitant on telling me but now I know.....Look into Mohs procedure and don't let these cut happy doctors near you! Do your homework on your body. Don't let these ego/money driven doctors just make decisions for you. fyi

I went in for a yearly mole check. The doctor looked briefly (about 2 minutes) for a full body check with previous history of pre-cancerous moles. I booked a follow-up appointment to have laser removal, which they double booked my name in their system assumed it was a mistake and cancelled my appointment. (both of them). So then I had to re-schedule three weeks out. I had laser removal of the lesions which insurance does not pay. It costs $150.00 for two very small lesions and they are still present. I called to inquire if it took more than one treatment for it to successful. Answer: yes it could however it is $150.00 for each visit and they are sorry it didn't work. I was never told that the removal could possibly not work. I will not return to this clinic and would not recommend their services to anyone.
