Yen Ching's is some of the most delicious food I've ever tasted. My family loves coming here, and the atmosphere is wonderful. They always make the whole family feel welcome and cared about. We give this local restaurant an A++!

My family and I walked in and were greated by a "wait to be seated" sign and stood there for a considerable amount of time. This would have been understandable except there was only one other table in the restaurant. We were offered a booth or a table to our liking. When going to sit in the booth, we were told we couldn't sit there due to not enough room. We were one of two tables in the restaurant. Our waitress didn't get our drink orders, the 'hot tea' was lukewarm, our food came out fast but was not up to temp or even hot. Crab Rangoons were mushy. Rice was cold and crunchy. The steamed veggies that were ordered were still hard. Half way through our meal the waitresses cell phone went off three times and she answered all three times and then continued to ask if it was okay if she went outside to smoke a cigarette. My family and I were done with our meals before she was back in and took forever with the check. We looked up Chinese restaurants in Dubuque and were excited to find one with 4 stars and good reviews. Maybe it was just an off night or that the waitress was new, however my family and I won't be attending any time soon.

They deliver!!! I'm a truck driver. I can't just whip in places, park and go in to enjoy a meal with VEGETABLES! Truck stops of old had restaurants, some even had Chinese. Not anymore! It'sounds either pizza, burgers or FRIED! I was so glad to see Ying Ching delivers! The food was very delicious and it arrived piping hot! Very friendly staff (phone and delivery). Marking them down for my next trip to Dubuque!!! Thank you for the great service and wonderful food delivery!!

I love this place! The service is great and the food is great! Their beef and broccoli is my favorite. The only thing I would do is give the restaurant and update, regardless it's very clean.
