I'm not big on frozen yogurt, but, everyone liked there yogurt. Pricey. Your purchase amount is determined by weight, so, you pay for the container. If you have a Five Star  account, you can get a 10% discount. I had a Cookies and Cream while my son had vanilla and chocolate. I added chocolate chips to both. My friend had an assortment of all the flavors. They also serve yogurt as a drink as well. Facemasks and sanitizing your hands required for making a purchase. You serve yourself from dispensers located further inside. Lol

This review is left by my 9 year-old daughter: The smoothie drink strawberry with boba is satisfactory! Just 4 stars since its always cold and when I drink it the boba is kind of frozen.

If I could, I'd put 0 stars. They had a mold issue and the boss was willing to let people get sick from it. Overheard him tell an employee to just wash the food touched by moldy food and that it'll be fine. Employee seemed hesitent. Left as soon as I heard him basically force the employee to say fine.

I’ve had terrible customer service twice with my young daughters. My four year old accidentally dropped her cup with a little bit of ice cream while serving herself so I threw it out, once I got to checkout I had two cups of froyo and got charged $15 I asked why it was so much since usually it’s less and she responded terribly that she was charging the one my daughter dropped. I would’ve understood if it was said nicely but she was just trying to sneak that charge in there without my knowledge.

That lady in front desk is so racist. Me and my daughter felt mistreated with her attitude. 3 of the icecream I took was melted and she get out with bad attitude and said there is not knowing that coconut one was the worse

Says online you close at 9PM but apparently you close at 7:58PM. Both girls behind the counter were very rude to me when I was pointing this out for them. That’s fine, I just won’t be returning. The one blonde girl was literally talking smack to me when I was walking away. Seemed like she went out of her way to escalate quickly. Very odd and off putting.

The staff member was extremely rude as soon as I went in. This was my first time and I am a true boba tea fanatic. I ordered and she told me the machine for the tea wouldn’t be ready for another 20 min. Which I understood. I still told her I wanted to order and she responded in a rude way. I’m not sure what type of customer service that is. The customer service was terrible.

This place stinks, it has no flavors and it SOOOO expensive just go there and see

This is the worse drink I had.  I brought couples drinks, after the drinks me and my friends all get sick.  When I make a telephone complaint the worker declined to answer the phone.

I love this place. so many choice on the bubble tea flavor. The milk tea and the thai tea is the best.
