Great Yoga studio.   Great atmosphere and I even love the floor here!!!  It's like a big solid piece of polished wood, it somehow makes you feel in tune with the earth when you are on it.

I've taken the Free Meditation class on Thursdays at 10:30, and Gentle Yoga with Stephanie at 11:15.  Stephanie is an angel and I wish she taught more classes!  This class is great for beginners, great if you have a lot on your mind and you need to let go.   At my first class, another woman told me that Stephanie is a "warm, gentle soul" and that's why her class is popular, and it's totes true!

Everything.  It's everything.  Everything I've ever wanted and had yet to even imagine I could have in a Yoga studio.  If you are looking for an experience, some help vacuuming your attic, and a challenging asana practice, you are well advised to check out the schedule.  All abilities welcome.  Love!

My experience at Yogawood has been sublime, extraordinary, incredible. From the group of supportive, nurturing & knowledgable teachers, to the inviting atmosphere, each time I go to class, it only gets better. I highly recommend Yogawood to those who are beginners to the advanced yogis. It truly welcomes & nourishes all who enter.
