Terrible service. Bad haircut, uneven. On a review on another site, she said I got what I paid for by using a Groupon. Unprofessional.

Not shocking with bad reviews .... did a bad job on pedicure ... called bam I and lady said come in and we will fix it,... called today and followed up and the lady was the owner and never addressed that till the end and was very rude and hesitant in fixing the problem , didn't even know who I was ora anything ....

Sorry if your in the nail business ... tons of places to go ... make an effort and treat people right ....regardless unfortunately can't teach them all that ...

Best Salon/Spa in the St. Petersburg and South Pasadena area.   Beware the reviews that are older that 2 years.   They are concerning the new owners of the salon in Winter Park that I sold 4 years ago.   I have only been open in the South Pasadena a little over 2 years.  Thank you.

What a great experience my pedicure looks amazing and massage was unbelievable thank you ladies you did a great job. Well worth the hour and a half drive.
