I was in a bind and they did a quick turn around with a large amount of table cloths, great customer service.

I dropped off 3 dresses at Yorgey's & FIlling Fine Cleaning. When I returned to pick them up I was told they were already picked up. NOT BY ME THEY WEREN"T! The dresses were given away to somebody else who provided my phone number and paid cash. No way to track how this happened. I'm not convinced somebody else picked them up. The counter clerk who initially helped me knew more about my dresses than I did! She knew the label of one of the dresses and could describe them all easily. I worked with their manager for OVER 3 MONTHS for resolution. I was given excuses and lip services until I became a jerk and demanded a check be dropped off that day. Suddenly there was cash available to drop off wherever I wanted. Awful, awful, awful experience. Find another local company for your dry cleaning. It is not worth taking a chance with your favorite clothing at Yorgey's & Filling Fine Cleaning.
