Took three weeks to clean a comforter.  I was quoted 5 days.  Location was nice enough to not charge for the cleaning.

I am not one to leave reviews when it is not a positive one, as I valuable commending a job well done. However, my experience here was so awful I feel it is necessary to share so others can be cautious.  I took my winter coat and a pair of pants to be dry cleaned here. A week later when I picked it up I took my clothes home to find they marked the inside of my pants with white marker with my name..Which will not come off in subsequent washings.. additionally, my winter coat has swivelled lines running all over it seemingly from the press? I returned to the store where there was no apology and they were unsure if they could undo what was done! They told me it would be a week and they would call me to pick back up. So I had to go without a coat for a week and no assurance it would be ok when ready for pickup. No inspection was clearly done on the materials to ensure they are cleaned and returned in same fashion as brought in.. not damaged in anyway. A week went by, then two. I called and asked what was taking so long as they said someone would call me when they had it returned. They informed me it was in store and could be picked up, so why no phone call?.. I asked to speak with a manager who wasn't available in store. So I called the next day to speak with them. Manager apologized but was not sincere, didn't seem to think this was an issue I was without my coat for two weeks, and did not offer anything for the inconvenience and for giving me my coat and pants like that the first time around! Coat ended up fixed but I will never go back as they didn't care about my clothing or experience.
