Assured me that they could press my order by the date that I needed it. After over an hour of calling back and forth on the scheduled pickup day, I was informed that they did not have it, and would not be able to complete it in time. 

Two stars because they did a fine enough job, but that doesn't cut it when they can't meet a set deadline and charge full price anyway.

Very unfriendly.  Not the least bit courteous.  Like they were doing me a favor.  Don't go there!
