I've used YGH for years because I work in York.  They don't seem to be able to read an Xray. Through the years they've missed a broken wrist, a shattered heel, a cracked spine and most recently diagnosed a bad disc as carpal tunnel syndrome. These misdiagnosis are way too expensive to accept with my ACA deductible so I am washing my hands of this place.

Called on a Saturday night at 8:30pm with very sick 4 year old and was told to call my insurance provider for their advice and then hung up on me.

If you are poor or onmedicare or Medicaid expect poor treatment. I was told they couldn't do anything for me then misdiagnosed. Did a follow up with a Lincoln clinic and my arm was broken and neck was fractured. The doctor stated I was faking it for medication and did not do hos job. All because I am poor and have no insurance. I plan to sue. K am one of many who would rather risk the drive to grand island for proper care

I am a RN of 30 years, my father had surgery at your facility on Monday.  I am so impressed at your staff and the compassion.  Of course I cannot remember all the names but a huge thank you to Jolene RN, Marcy RN, student nurse and your surgical team.  As i entered the hospital each time i was always greeted with smiling and friendly receptionist.  I am blessed to have you take such awesome care of my dad, we only have one dad and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your commitment to providing excellent healthcare.  Thank you, Deena Johnson-Egger RN.

My daughter was on vacation over the 4th of July and needed an appendectomy, which was swift and successful. Very friendly professional staff.
