Thank You Yorktown Self Storage for all your help and assistance! We were intermittent between selling an buying a house for a short time, after researching and calling many different Storage Businesses we found Yorktown Self Storage. Just closed a business and needed to store years of records. I made a few calls and finally got someone knowledgeable on the phone to help me. When I found a storage facility that was willing to pick up my stuff, that sealed the deal for me. Thanks for the help

I was making a move from one location to another in NYC for my business, but there was a two week layover between the time I ended my first lease, and signed the new one, so I called the people at Yorktown Self Storage and they were able to come pick up all of the files and everything I was planning to move to the new office.

They made a very seamless transition out of what could've been a real pain. Thanks guys!

This is the horrible place for storage. First of all, it looks cheap, but they are like money sucker. First, you will never get the refund of your deposit. Second, they will not waive the high application fee which normally all the storage does. Third, they will move in free, but will charge twice for move out- what the heck is that. People are nice at first, but rude when you want to leave the storage. I will not recommend anyone here. There are other places where you can get professional service than this place.
