I will never return to this horrible service. They are basically out of their minds. They lost a few of my shirts and NEVER admited that. But that's not all.
I recently brought my BRAND NEW shirts ( female) hoping they would charge me $1,5 for laundry and press, in stead - $4 !!!!! She was telling me this heart breaking story of how much time they spend on ironing my shirts and that they don't have a press small enough for women shirts, and since it's manual labor - they have to change $4...OKAY 
I paid over $30 for service I DID NOT ask. 
But when I came back home, 6 of my shirts' buttons on 3 shirts were melted. I came back and asked. You know what she said - the press works that way.!!! Can you believe it?! I said that she said they didn't have press...
She paused and said - they melted while they beeing washed?! 
I asked her - why then not ALL of the buttons got melted...
She is a greedy liar.
I've been nothing but a loyal customer. She didn't even said that she was sorry. she ruined my 3 shirts! Horible awful service. Do NOT go to that place if you want your clothes back and in good condition.

First time I brought a pretty large batch of dry cleaning in, they lost a few of my shirts. I went back and politely notified them this occurred simply asking if they could check to see if they could find it. At the very least, I was hoping for an apology but instead was given the response, "No I gave you all your shirts. Go back home and count them."  Instead of admitting there was a possibility they made a mistake, I'm accused of being wrong (which after counting them for the 5th time, I am still missing those shirts). I certainly take some blame because I should have counted at pick-up time. I also never make bad reviews like this because I understand mistakes/bad days happen to everyone. However to be this rude after they misplaced $250 worth of my clothes is just amazing to me. I do a lot of dry cleaning and have never had anything like this happen before. I will undoubtedly be taking my business to the many other cleaners in the area.
