Took two uniforms tops in. One just needed new name tapes , but somehow they decided to cut off my stripes and resew them on incorrectly. The other top was a complete sew, but they sewed the stripes on one side all the way on top of the right shoulder. 
Complete rip off. I'm only here for two more weeks and now I have to get new uniforms cause these ones are ruined. Thanks for nothing Young's. If you need uniforms done just do it on base, at least you will know that you are getting them done correctly.

Brought in my garments, took care of everything ok right up until they put TWO STAPLES into the fabric of my sport coat, leaving frayed puncture marks I'll have to get fixed.

Super quick, convenient, and they get the job done correctly. Turnaround time is drop off in the morning, and pick up same day in the afternoon. I think youngs has more of a task oriented manager who cares more about getting her job done than building relationships because I get little to no friendliness out of the staff, but I can tell that every time I come in they are always busy, so I feel it is expected. In the end, I gave them a high rating because they always do what I ask of them even if I am in a time crunch.

Took my uniform to get cleaned, they were rude and I confronted them about it. they took my card info. They caused fraud on my account. They lost my business. She took long with my card. She put my card on the counter inside of in my hand, while my hand was out trying to take it back.  I hate places that treat customers badly. They act like we need them and they don't need us. 

And I know they were responsible for it because I just got the card that day and that was the first and only puchase I made. And after I made the purchase, I went home and when I looked at my account other purchases were made.

They need to give better instructions I dropped my pants off, they told me to come before 4 the next day. I arrived at 2 o'clock & they tell me we said come before 4. Its not ready yet. They didnt say come between 3&4. No when they say come before 4 I am assuming anytime from the time the open till 4. Poor communication
