Young’s is the best Chinese place in the area and I usually like what I get BUT there were a few items that weren’t the best. The egg foo young was mostly broccoli which is disappointing and the veggie dumplings were the worst Ive ever had. They are so thick, just way to much dough. Osaka in Tarrytown makes a delicious one. The dough really shoudnt be this thick. I tried hot and sour soup for the first time also and its just not my cup of tea. The scallion pancakes were awesome except they didnt let the oil drain so it was oily. The rice is always amazing. Thank you
I enjoy their chow fried rice.. I can eat it everyday . It has been my saving grace. They are nice people tooFood: 5/5
This is my favorite place to order food. The food is delicious and the workers are very friendly, we always order food here even tho is far from my location and we have to pick it up, is worth it. I wish they had delivery.Food: 5/5
This is just your basic Chinese take but some things they make are very good. Their sesame noodles, egg foo young, fried dumplings are excellent. Pricing is good. These tend to satisfy my Chinese cravings.Food: 4/5
Easy in and out, great service at a family run business.Food: 5/5
Had the chicken n broccoli with shrimp fried brown rice combo plate .it was excellent. Enough for 2 meals. shrimp egg rolls were fresh too No complaints , only that I missed them while they were away.
This place is just exactly what it looks like. The menu is pretty big and the prices are pretty typical. I have been there 4 times so far over the course of about 6 months. There are regulars and the food is consistant - so if you don't dig it then try ordering something else next time or accept that different people like different things. My favorite choices here are thick rice noodles chow fun, lo mein and fried rice.
Much better than average take out place. Good variety, fair prices. A few tables for eating in. My favorites are veggie Mai fun and eggplant in garlic sauce. Brown rice available on request.
I use to order food from this place for years until the female host at the front desk was extremely rude to me on a regular basis including when I simply asked for a plastic bag for my food. When I asked why she was so rude, she essentially told me to take my business elsewhere, which I did. Other customers have told me she has been similarly rude to them. There is no excuse for bad customer service - especially in this environment and the owners seem not to care about her egregious behavior. I would advise everyone to find another Asian take out place to go to. There are MANY other options in the area - with good service.
Went back to youngs today after not being there since the pandemic started in March. I got pork fried rice and rib tips. And the food was terrible. The rice was hard and tasted old and the rib tips was dry and hard. I hope they are not selling old food to make up for the fact they were closed for a few months. They lost my business.
