I called as soon as they open to see if a part was there. they said yes, we have it and we will hold it for you. I went in to get the part. they told me to have a seat and the guy will get the part out the car. so I sat and waited. waited and waited. I knew it didn't take long to get part out but I been waiting for over a hr now. I spoke up and said what's taking him so long. she finally called the guy on the walkie talkie. the guy said oh we sold that part a month ago. wait what. you had me sit here over a hr to tell me you never had the part. if I never had spoke up would you just let me sit there all day. never again. I bought my part on ebay. this place is a waste of time.

Bought an engine assembly for my 2003 Dodge ram. They said it was had only 80k miles on it. They said they were removing it from truck. And would deliver it to the auto shop. When my mechanic finally was able to get started he realized that the oil pan had a hole in it and the motor was rusted and was not useable. Called to try to rectify the situation and there response was your 30 day warranty is up. And never did use the engine. So I'm out alot of money . Don't buy anything from these people. Totally unprofessional rude and don't take any care in removing parts or any care about the customer. Just robbing them of thier money. So I'm out thousands for the motor. And thousands more for the legal counsel I'm retaining to rectify this and prevent them from taking advantage of others who work hard for thier money only to be robbed by these uncaring thieves.
