Love Youphoria.  I have been going for years.  Their massage staff are excellent and the hair stylists are friendly and genuinely care about making you happy with your haircut, style, or service.  It is usually easy to get in and the owner is awesome!!!

I called and spoke to the receptionist and made an appointment with Ashley.  Arrived at the salon only to find my appointment was nowhere to be found.  I didn't have any appointment at all, on any day.  I wasn't offered an appointment that evening even though I told her I had driven from Killeen.  I was also told that there was an existing appointment in the time slot I had booked that had been there since January, meaning I couldn't have had an appointment that day.  So glad I drove to Belton and didn't get a haircut and was also treated as though I had done something wrong.  Make sure and get the name of the person who schedules you because they will ask!

Best Massage EVER!!!!  Love the atmosphere and the Massage Therapists, especially Serinda. Can't wait until my next appointment that I set up on the Massage Membership --that not only allows me to save money, but also allows me to do a message once or twice a month. -Shannon Sullivan
