I put up with rude receptionist because I felt I had no choice, but I see this is a continuing problem.  Left there in December, my new vet stated that when they called with a question they were extremely rude to them.  My dog had major anxiety issues due to CONSTANT fireworks in that area and dr. Anderson seemed to have no patience with me and gave the impression I did nothing she suggested. She also vehemently disliked that I fed raw and would not discuss with me at all.  Would have left sooner but knew I was relocating.  I would recommend Crown Point Animal Hospital where I went for years.  Dr. Kelley and I had a personal falling out and I left, but we have since communicated and I wish it could have not happened.   I don't like to give negative reviews, but I think people in that area need to avoid this bad attitude office.

Dr. Carpenter listens, asks questions, listens, and then explains the diagnosis so that everyone can understand. She's great with animals and takes time to answer questions.
