Very friendly, helpful staff!!! Prices are fair, especially for heated units. They do auto pay, too, and have online payment options. Units are a little rough around the edges, but mostly in good condition. They have u-haul rental on site, too, which was very convenient for our move!!

We needed storage because we will be in between houses for a while and Storage Pros came through in a pinch. The two people I interacted with were very helpful and seemed to genuinely want to find the best storage solution for us.......which we did. The facility is convenient and seems quite secure.

The prices, compared to other storage facilities, seem very reasonable, if not better. We ended up getting a bigger storage unit than we were originally planning, but at a cheaper price than we planned.

I also love the fact that you can pay the monthly payments online with a credit card with no "convenience charge" added.

I couldn't be happier with how things turned out.

We were drawn to this facility because of its location and price.  Upon arriving to checkout the units, we had many questions about policies etc.  The woman behind the desk was very personable and able to answer all of our questions without hesitation.  The unit was a great deal for the size/price.  We never experienced any problems with the gate/code access.  Recommended to anyone looking for a clean, fair-priced storage unit !
