DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON. CHEAP, BUT TERRIBLE! Wish there was zero stars. I am a small business owner in the Landscaping Business. They did payroll & quarterlies for me and every quarter, there is no name in the "prepared by" part of the IRS forms. Since the IRS prefers a pro to do your forms, they want to see a prepared by name in that section or they assume it is self-prepared. It was a fight last quarter to get her to sign her name and this quarter Kathy fired me as a client because I asked her to sign my quarterlies that she prepared. She did my payroll so it's not like I did anything wrong that she should be scared of. If she can't put her name on documents she prepares, somethings wrong. Because I am a seasonal business operator, I had no income for Jan, Feb, or March of 2018. She told me it was against IRS mandate to prepare a zero $ return for an officer of a corporation so I needed to dummy my books and find money that I could call mine as a salary...dummy my books? WOW! I checked with two CPA's and a tax attorney and they said to leave and find competence. There is no communication between the girls in the office. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand did or is doing. If I ran my business like they run theirs, I wouldn't expect to have any customers. As my Tax Attorney said to me, go to someone else, she does not sound like a person you should have working with you in business. Advice from Kathy herself to dummy my books to say I took payroll when I didn't is wrong on so many levels and probably against the law. If you use her, expect an audit and she won't be standing behind you and her name won't be on your forms. Find someone else and pay a little more for the right people to do the work. She's not that much cheaper.

I have been using your tax lady for two years. Two years ago and Kathy and her team got me a refund both federal and state. It’s been more than five years since we seen refund. We had your tax lady do one year prior to two years ago and we got a refund. This year’s taxes was even more than we expected. This is one place that should do your taxes it’s well worth the investment. They are so good that we pay in advance just so you can get a good discount. Your tax lady pays for it self.

Very unprofessional, don't use them. Their commercials say "if you are paying too much in taxes we can help". I ended up paying more in taxes this year than last year. I have a small business and after reviewing my Schedule C with them I noticed multiple errors, had to give them the same paperwork over and over again. I will never use them again. Thanks for nothing. They need to take their commercial off the air since they can't provide the service hey say they do.

Zero interaction and responsiveness to questions. This operation is extremely slow and inefficient. I spent 5x more money than any other accountant or tax service and received significantly less on my return than I every have. I had to correct them and I'm not the expert. Not to mention that the customer service was extremely poor. I hope they work on that , but I got the impression that they don't care about this element of key business practices.

Very disappointed. This is the puppy mill of tax preparation services. They notified me my return was complete, and upon review, rejected this first effort, as there were 4 major mistakes and omissions. The first clue this is a service that does not inspire confidence is the disclaimer in the packet that, "we're human", and if we make a mistake please be "patient." The second clue is, what I interpreted as mistake, "insurance." They offer a guarantee for their work...for $70 extra. There is a palpable employee tension in this operation. And, as the sign states in the foyer, "if you don't want to produce your driver's license and original social security card, go somewhere else." I didn't have my S.S. card, and it turns out it didn't matter. Go somewhere else anyway.
