Probably my favorite cafes in NYC from vibes alone. Super cute cafe, great tasting coffee, and some of the nicest and funniest baristas I’ve met!! what more can I ask for?Food: 5/5
From my visit in June 2023. Small coffee shop with lacking care to the coffee making process that focuses on convenience and orders that are to go. The coffee is on the stronger, roastier side making it more bitter and less smooth. I prefer smoother, well balanced roasts so not a huge fan.
Yours Truly is a local gem in Nolita. Cold brew is fantastic and I love that the coffee beans are roasted from the owner himself. Thomas is a wonderful barista and does a great job making the cafe a warm and welcoming place to hang out and/or work. The quality of coffee is exceptional and one of the best cafes in the area.
Average coffee, above average prices, remarkably mediocre service. Stopped in recently for a quick iced coffee. The price for a cold brew only one sized was 5.50, about .75 cents more than the average chain place. I get it black, only no sugar or ice and with light ice, since I drink it quickly and the ice always dilutes the taste too much. The barista very pointedly told me that if I wanted light ice, there would be room left at the top. The drink I was served had around 1 & 1/2 oz of space, at the top. It’s remarkably petty and cheap, on an already overpriced drink, to short an ounce if a customer wants lighter ice. Save your money, and go to Dunkin’
Good coffee at a reasonable price. The interior has some character, and the service was friendly and quick. I came here after a very disappointing experience at Joe & the Juice not too far down the street. See my review about them separately.
Post match soccer spot for a group of us. Barista behind the counter has always been great and the prices are reasonable for Nolita. Highly recommendFood: 4/5
Cute place, the barista, Carmen, was so nice. I didn't know what I wanted so she surprised me with a beautiful and very delicious matcha latte. She really pulled out all the stops here.
Cute neighborhood spot. Got the drip coffee a while back and thought it was bitter and had an off putting smell/taste. Thought it could’ve been a bad batch - got again today and had the same experience so unfortunately will not be going back. Perhaps some of their other drinks are tasty but was really not a fan of their drip coffee based on the fact I had to get another coffee right after!
You find the most interesting things that you wouldn’t normally find if you were back in the Burbs. For instance, here at Yours Truly Coffee they are an Authorized dealer of Big Bamboo rolling paper. Their iced coffee wasn’t that bad either.
Popped in for a coffee and pastry to-go. Everything was solid and the guy working the counter was friendly. No complaints.Food: 5/5
