Receptionist is nice other than that you deal with Dr Who wants to address different issues rather than the ones that you had come in for to begin with I missed an appointment and was supposed to get a blood pressure medicine refilled. I called ahead they refused to do it because I had missed my appointment. I mean come on really?!?!?!? Its blood pressure medicine!!! it is something that I have to have! screw your appointment! You just wanted another reason to have me seen to address another issue instead of what i came in complaining about in the first place just to make money. They said they have a sliding scale. ... well it's outrageous and the only thing that sliding is the quality of service which is down. I will not be returning or making a follow-up appointment I would rather take my business elsewhere. I'm sure I can find a doctor a little more qualified and experienced somewhere else. The doctor that I saw at the clinic was new and seemed like she had no clue.
